oo8 ★ LET'S DO THE TIME WARP AGAIN AGAIN

[ One can find Jolt in his yard, surrounded by, and very possibly tangled up in, various strings of Christmas lights. He roots through the mess until he disentangles a strand- and with a careful application of a finger to the appropriate end, the lights flicker to life.

This strand is, perhaps appropriately, bright blue, and Jolt grins. ] Not a bad color, if I do say so myself.

[ He coils up the lights and sets them on the grass, then moves on to the next strand and repeats the process. ]

[ Inside the box there is-- a substantially smaller box. But inside of that is a pair of car keys. ]

[this takes him a moment. He pulls them out, and turns them over in hand.]

We are gonna have to go to the garage.

Are you... still putting your lights up? Or... did you really just want me in here for the keys?

... Oh really? Well then. What are we waiting for?

[ ONE WALK TO THE GARAGE LATER- Jolt is standing at the door, ready to slide it open ]

This sounds so corny, but you have to close your eyes.

[He shuts his eyes, and, for added protection, covers them with his hand.]

I await with malfunctioning intakes. Or bated breath. Whichever.

[ It doesn't take him long to get the door open, and he steps out of the way a little- he still wants to see the look on Sideswipe's face. ]

Okay, you can look.

[ And there in the garage is a car- it's nothing from the 1950's- this is a custom job. And while it's no Stingray either, it's sleek and sliver, and looks like it goes really fast.

And it also has a bow on it. ]
