It's amazing how, one day everyone can be going on about... uh... female... body parts... and one day people can be talking about morals and choices, and going home.

Whatever happens, I just hope there's a way for everyone to get what they want- whether it's a way home, or a life here. There's no reason why we have to fight each other in order for that to happen, right? I know I don't want this to become a battle. I've got one of those waiting for me at home already.

One of my men had an automail arm. Have you met Fullmetal--Edward Elric?

... The name doesn't sound familiar. What's automail?

[She won't look at him now, though. Give her five minutes to recover from that. She was just glad to be around a ~fighter~!] I used to scare my little sisters and brother with it. The nannies would make me leave the room.

Automail is basically replacement limbs for the human body. They're made of metal, and they can have various forms. One of my men--Buccaneer--actually tested models for one of our resident automail engineers at Briggs. They can be guns, cannons, chainsaws, blades... Anything you can engineer to run on steam or the body's natural electricity. He would've liked your weapons.

Huh. As far as I know, the humans where I'm from don't have anything like that. [ he grins ] Well, right now they run on Mayfield engineering. They usually come out of my hands, at the moment I just wear them up my sleeves. And I've got... a little more electricity than the average human.

We're obviously different from "your" humans. Nothing here resembles the automail we had, and I know for a fact this is about forty years after the time reckoning of my world. Is this place more like your earth?

Hrmph. You should meet the Elric brothers.

This place is about fifty... maybe closer to sixty... years into the past for me. The basics are the same, but not much else.

Should I? They're from your world, right?

Of course they're from my world. I haven't bothered to meet too many people--yet. Edward Elric has two automail limbs, and his brother was... a suit of armor until he came here.
