Sooooo, any other holidays coming up I should know about? Next time I suddenly find myself locked in a room, I'd kind of like to know why.

... Not that this place really needs a reason to do whatever it does, but asking never hurt anybody.

December is basically one giant corporate holiday, you should probably watch out for that.

Well, uh, the end of December has religious and cultural significance in some way for most people here, but that's usually not until the very end of the month. People have caught on and figured out that they can exploit the population for profit by extending it to the entire month.

...Sad, really. If only they would listen! It's mental slavery, honestly.

It's a religious holiday, but it's still mostly secular. Gift giving and all that. It's in late December.

So like, in the next month, you've got Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Yule, the Winter Solstice, and like, sometimes Ramadan depending on like, the lunar calendar. They're like, all pretty much the same, but like, it mostly depends what god you subscribe to.
